Greetings in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am just overjoyed that our God has allowed us to see another year. As each day passes into the new year, I am reminded of the song the saints would sing, “He Didn’t Have to Do it but He Did”. As I reflect on the previous year, I am reminded of His tender mercies toward us, because there are some that were with us in 2023 that are not with us now.
God has given us the theme this year that this is indeed the year of “The Open Door.” I believe that as God’s children we need to take advantage of every opportunity that he has given us. The fact that He has given us another day of life, gives us another opportunity to serve Him and make sure that all we do in this life is please Him.
Let us take every opportunity to spread the Gospel of Christ to everyone we know and come in contact with. As brothers and sisters in Christ we should take every opportunity for fellowship as this is how we draw strength from one another.
I believe if we seize every opportunity God gives us to serve him, that He will meet the needs of His people and He will also hear our prayers as we cry out to Him for healing and deliverance.
